Very good experience overall with Upward Machinery. We ordered a loader and the equipment arrived in good condition, ready to work. We did hit a little snag with the shipping being late, which threw our schedule off some, but their customer service folks were on the ball and kept us in the loop. Would recommend for their reliable equipment and customer care.

Purchased a forklift from Upward Machinery, and while the equipment itself meets our expectations, the delivery was slower than anticipated, causing some disruptions in our operations. Customer service was helpful, but I believe the communication could have been more proactive regarding the delay. The equipment is great, but the experience could be improved with better logistics handling. Happy with the purchase, but there’s room for improvement in service delivery.
